A specialized bakery company in Kuwait is looking to hire a Pastry Chef (Cinnamon & Cake Roll Specialist) with the following expertise:
Preferred Specialization / Expertise:
Skilled in preparing sweet sauces (glaze, drizzle, fillings, frosting).
Knowledge of ready-to-use fruits, fruit fillings & dessert toppings.
Familiar with ice cream handling and dessert presentation.
Experienced in baking cakes, cookies, croissants, and display-ready items.
Ability to prepare attractive display products and maintain quality.
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, hygiene & organization.
Previous work experience inside Kuwait is required.
Ability to create and develop new dessert items and innovative flavors.

دراية بالفواكه الجاهزة، حشوات الفواكه والتوبينغ.
معرفة جيدة بالتعامل مع الآيس كريم وتقديمه في الحلويات.
خبرة في عمل الكيكات – الكوكيز – الكرواسون ومنتجات الديسبلاي.
القدرة على تجهيز منتجات عرض جذابة والمحافظة على جودتها.
خبرة قوية في إدارة المطبخ والتنظيم والنظافة ومراقبة المخزون.
يشترط وجود خبرة سابقة داخل الكويت.
القدرة على ابتكار منتجات جديدة وتطوير نكهات وأصناف مميزة.
